Spring is coming - we hope!

We are looking forward to warm dry weather as we are ALL eager to get started. Another damp cool Monday in April has us wondering if we will ever be able to kick off our planting season off. The rainy weather has allowed me to take time this evening to give an update on our winter months and also take time to reminisce on what a great team we have. This past winter has been a very busy one as we put more finishing touches on our new grain system, hauled MANY loads of grain, and worked on equipment.  We spread numerous acres of dry fertilizer as well as completed fall spray applications to prepare our ground for the ’18 growing season. Many facilitates were cleaned and organized and field maintenance was completed as well. Although our winter months kept us busy, we didn’t miss many Friday shop lunches together and several evening were... read more

Farm Heritage Series: Bryant Agriculture "From One Generation to Three"

Family values are what Bryant Agriculture Enterprise takes pride in most with continuing the family farm tradition from generation to generation. We’re telling the story of this storied farm through the eyes of Kasey Bryant Bamberger, the 3rdgeneration to be a part of the farm. During The Great Depression, Albert and Margaret Bryant purchased a 258 acre farm located in Washington Court House, Ohio that was passed down to their son, John Bryant in 1958.  John pursued his career in farming and expanded the operation to make room for his sons, Mike and Mark Bryant, who would eventually take over.  Little did John know that one day this farm he put all of his hard work into would become Bryant Agriculture Enterprise.   Having the same goals as their parents did in treating everyone that works for them or with them as part of their family was what Mike and... read more

Employee Spotlight: Heath Bryant

Meet the next generation! Our employee spotlight of the day is Heath Bryant. Heath is the oldest of Mikes two sons. Ever since he was a young boy he has been hardworking and had a passion for agriculture. Anyone that knew Heath growing up knew that his love for the family farm would some day lead him back to it. He worked on the farm part time throughout high school and college and then returned full time after he graduated from college. Heaths favorite thing about the farm today is the flexibility to do what he loves while also spending time with his new, young family! "Some days the kids are with me riding on the tractor, but I'm still at my job, how cool is that." When asked what his goals are for the future of the farm he stated "To continue what the generations before us started and... read more

Mike began to manage employees and field operations. Today, alongside his brother Mark, he continues to make planting, harvesting, and day to day operation decisions. Over the past 35 years Mike has learned that in order for an organization to grow you must never loose passion for what you do, even when times are tough. Mike stated "It is easy to come to work everyday when you love what you do." In his free time Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. He also enjoys traveling to the lake with... read more

Employee Spotlight: Frank Cox

Our employee spotlight of the day today is our Operations Manager Frank Cox! Frank started working at Bryant Ag Enterprise in 1997.
