  • He was a part-time farmer with his father while at Landmark those two years
  • From 1972 till 2007 he was a full-time farmer where he raised corn and soybeans
  • Had his own farrow to finish Swine operation from 1972-2007
  • He has been a member of the Jeffersonville Masonic Lodge #468 for 38 years
  • He has been a member of the Fayette County Shrine Club for 38 years
  • He has been a member of the 32* Scottish Rite for 37 years
  • He has been with Bryant Agricultural Enterprises since 2007 where he has been involved in many field operations including but not limited to truck driver, tillage operator, mowing operator and detail specialist
  • Roger is an avid Miami Trace Panther and Ohio State Buckeye fan where he spends a lot of his spare time watching the Bucks or attending his grandchildren's sporting events
  • Roger and his wife Pam reside in Washington C.H., Ohio
